We only collect information you choose to give us, such as:

• Your name
• Email address
• Organisation or employer (if you provide it)
• The details of your enquiry or coaching request

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the website. If it becomes relevant to coaching work, we will handle it carefully and explain why we need it.

We use your data to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Arrange a discovery call or coaching session
• Provide coaching, facilitation or consulting services
• Keep a record of our conversation for admin and professional purposes

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for) and, where required, contract (to deliver coaching or workshop services). If we ever want to use your data for marketing, we will ask for your clear consent first.

We keep enquiry and client records for up to seven years after the end of our working relationship, or for as long as legally required for tax and professional insurance purposes. After that, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your data is only shared when necessary to run the business, for example with our accountants, email provider, or insurers. All third parties we use are based in the UK or operate under equivalent data-protection safeguards. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels or similar services.

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
